The Precepts of OR PRN In the interest of serving the needs of pharmacy professionals, OR PRN has expanded its presence with this convenient website. This site allows us to expound the basic ideals of our organization, which are: (1) Chemical dependency is a chronic, progressive and potentially fatal disease that affects between 12 and 18% of all pharmacy professionals sometime during their career (2) Chronic disease is treatable. With the proper treatment and where appropriate, the recovering professional can be allowed to return to a safe and monitored working environment (3) The primary purpose of OR PRN is to assess, refer to treatment and monitor the progress of our colleagues impaired by the disease of chemical dependency
