I'm a Colleague

The American Pharmacists Association Code of Ethics for Pharmacists states that β€œa pharmacist places concern for the well-being of the patient at the center of professional practice.” Recognizing that pharmacists are not protected from substance abuse because of their professional knowledge, the national Pharmacy Recovery Network was created β€œto provide support to Pharmacists & Student Pharmacists in recovery from their chronic disease.”

The Pharmacy Recovery Network of Oregon has a broader scope and includes not only pharmacists, pharmacy intern, but also pharmacy technicians.

Edwin Schneider, RPh, has expertise developed over many years in recovery and as pharmacist. As the former manager of the Pharmacy Recovery Network at the Oregon Board of Pharmacy he can provide guidance on a wide range of issues. Contact Edwin by email >>
